  • Be Practical:  One of the best ways to achieve your goal is to be realistic.  It’s probably best to have a goal that is attainable and not impossible to achieve.  How often we give ourselves yearly a goal that is not always practical.

  • Keep Track:  Documenting your progress will keep you focused.  Be sure to keep track of it along the way.  Each step is a step closer to your goal.  This can include any self, fitness or financial goal.

  • Stick To The Plan:  The most difficult thing to do is to stick to your plan to keep your resolution.  If you follow your plan long enough, it will become a habit.  After it becomes a habit, it will be easier for you to reach your goal.

  • Reward Yourself:  Celebrate the small successes.  A tiny reward here and there can keep you motivated till you reach your end goal.  Just don’t abuse it.
